OUR STORY

Hi, I'm Jamie, the main cook! Dave is my motivator and head taster. I've always loved cooking, learning from my family and taking classes. I started with baking but wanted to explore healthier options for everyday meals like breads, soups, and vegetables. In 2007, Dave and I focused on eating low-carb, high-protein foods, which made us more aware of what we consume. To avoid processed and artificial foods, I began making everything from scratch. I'm constantly expanding my knowledge and enjoy sharing our wholesome dishes with you. Try them and experience the positive impact of adding healthy foods to your diet!
